Earlier this year our clinical team were invited to tour the Siemens head office in Brisbane. The site visit provided some useful insights into how the manufacturer creates and assembles the various hearing aid devices we offer through Alpha
Hearing.
Our audiologists observed the process of how modern hearing aid devices are customised to suit each individual person. Customisation is achieved using advanced computer modelling technology coupled with expert technical knowledge. The modelling technology means that today’s hearing aids are smaller, more comfortable, more natural (in sound) and are much more resistant to damage.
Meeting the technicians and service staff in person also gives Alpha Hearing greater control and flexibility when it comes to supporting these products at a clinical level. This means we can provide you with higher quality, faster and more professional hearing service.
