A recent study on 65,215 women by Dr Sharon Curhan showed that participants who had 2 or more servings of fish per week was associated with lower risk of hearing loss (~20% lower risk of hearing loss). It didn’t matter the type of fish.  Dr Curhan also found that higher intake of long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) was inversely associated with risk of hearing loss.
