Our Services

We offer services for adults funded privately, those receiving Government pensions, and those who have Department of Veterans’ Affairs entitlements.

We offer paediatric services for children over the age of 4 years. This includes paediatric hearing assessments and ear/swim plugs for children that have grommets.

We offer concessional rates for  Victorian Seniors Card holders and Health Care Card  holders. Our clinic is also accredited to provide services through the Government Hearing Services program.

 We offer Medicare rebates if you are referred by your GP for Allied Health Care services under a team care plan.
Private health insurance rebates are available. We are registered with most major private health insurers in Australia – check with your individual health insurance provider.

Note – If you are an eligible pensioner or veteran, we can help you access special government funding for all your hearing care at Alpha Hearing. This will include a completely FREE comprehensive hearing assessment as well as subsidised hearing aids, if you need them.
